Descrição

Organise and maintain legal files, contracts, databases and corporate records for all European entities;

Organise virtual data-room of financial legal and operational data;

Interact with internal stakeholders, external parties and clients;

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information and documents;

Liaise with other departments to gather necessary information for legal matters;

Coordinate with external counsel, clients and other parties involved in legal Matters;

Assist in ensuring compliance with legal corporate, HR and ethics policies;

Perfil ideal

Law degree or similar training relevant for this position;

Proven experience as Legal assistant or similar role;

Good knowledge of legal terminology, procedures and legal documents formatting;

Familiarity with corporate and Commercial law;

Excellent typing and transcription skills with high accuracy;

Strong organisational and time-management skills;

Attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit legal documents;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Fluent in English and Portuguese;

Ability to cope with a fast paced and demanding environment.
